Q1 Are you a factory?
A1 Yes, we area factory and we have professional team can support all service for you . We have sales, design, QC and after-sale service department.
Q2 Can i do your clothes with my own design?
A2 Sure, we are a OEM factory, you can put your own logo on our clothes,our designer can make a free artwork for you confirm.
Q3 Is it possible to get a sample before ordering the bulk order?
A3Yes, but we need to charge the sample fee, it will take us 7-10 business days to finish it. the shipping cost will be
charged from your side.
Q4 Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
A4 Minimum quantities vary depending on the garment you are looking to order. We don't have a minimum order. if you only need a few sets, no problem. We are happy to cooperate with you! We also offer a variety of products with no MOQ!
Q5 What is your delivery time?
A5 Sample generally7days after payment, For customized order, it depends on the products & quantity.
